East of the Wasatch Mountains, on the outskirts of the growing resort and recreational area of Park City, Blueprint’s behavioral healthcare team successfully advised a single-site residential behavioral healthcare provider with the acquisition of a former assisted living facility to expand their residential behavioral healthcare treatment capacity.
This operator, one of the most prominent first responder behavioral healthcare providers in the country, engaged Blueprint to identify and acquire a larger facility to meet their growth needs. This mandate was particularly challenging due to the limited geographic scope for relocation, given the operator’s need to retain experienced and reputable staff in a lightly populated region.

Blueprint was able to rely on its immense understanding of the residential care facility landscape across the country to quickly identify this underperforming and off-market assisted living facility. This facility was also primed for conversion given the ideal physical plant layout and substantial bed capacity.

This transaction is another example of Blueprint overcoming challenges including a limited geographic scope, zoning entitlement hurdles, and an extended SBA loan timeline to help achieve their client’s goals.
