Vibrant Life Senior Living—Superior is licensed for 72 total beds and consists of two 32-unit adjacent buildings. Originally constructed in 2000 on a large 26+ acre parcel, the physical plants were materially renovated and upgraded in 2019 following ownership’s acquisition of the campus. The community was reopened and steadily leasing up prior to facing operational headwinds during the pandemic. While occupancy gains were recently achieved, ownership sought to exit and retire from the industry.

Blueprint's comprehensive marketing process targeted established and growing regional providers and private capital investors seeking value-add opportunities in the state. Through its vast network in the senior living space, Blueprint’s introduction led to the establishment of a new joint venture partnership between a West Coast-based investor and a longstanding Michigan-based care provider to acquire the property. Blueprint worked closely with all parties to facilitate a smooth and seamless closing with operations transitioning simultaneously.
