Located an hour from Boston, The Terraces Orleans is a 50 bed / 19 unit private-pay skilled nursing and independent living community built in 1968 and thoroughly renovated in 2000.
Blueprint’s precise marketing campaign procured several competitive offers by positioning the deal as a unique opportunity to acquire a cash-flowing asset situated in a high barrier to entry market.
At the advice of Blueprint, the Estate and its Advisory Board representing the asset chose a Massachusetts-based operator seeking to grow its regional presence with its first facility real estate acquisition.
