SKILLED NURSING

SENIORS HOUSING

Stalking horse sale of rental CCRC campus in Mobile, Alabama
Originally constructed in 1985 and expanded in 1987, 1993, and 1996, Knollwood Healthcare & Gordon Oaks Senior Living consists of 279 units of skilled nursing, independent living, assisted living, and memory care

The new owner will look to improve the campus with a targeted capital expenditure plan

Blueprint was engaged by the court-appointed receiver, Healthcare Management Partners, in the fall of 2021 to run a competitive marketing process to select a stalking horse bidder

Having an extensive track record and network of national and southeastern-based buyers, Blueprint was able to effectively identify the Stalking Horse, MED Healthcare, who eventually emerged as the winning bidder

Amidst a challenging capital markets environment, Blueprint successfully worked with all parties to bring the transaction to a successful close
