Elle Reidy joined Blueprint in 2022 and serves the firm as Head of People Operations. In Reidy’s capacity, she is responsible for maintaining the employee experience and culture at Blueprint, working to empower, engage and retain Blueprint’s award-winning team of analysts and brokers. In addition, Reidy manages both the day-to-day operations for the company, and long-term strategic initiatives as they relate to people, including but not limited to client relations, philanthropic efforts, and special events.
Reidy is a graduate of Florida State University, holding an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. A strong advocate for the “servant-leadership” approach to management, she brings multiple years of experience to the team and specializes in employee learning and development, as well as operational logistics.
